Ombretta Rausa

Ombretta Rausa has extensive experience in the field of human resources and facility & safety/security. Ombretta started their career in 2007 as a Retail HR Associate at Sergio Rossi, Gucci Group, where they worked until 2010. Ombretta then joined Sergio Rossi, PPR Luxury Division as an HR Manager for Production from December 2010 to December 2011. In 2007, they also worked as an HR Business partner for the Technology Department at Vodafone Omnitel N.V. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Contract Professor for "Security Management" at the University Carlo Cattaneo -Liuc- Castellanza. Ombretta continued their career at Sergio Rossi as the European Retail & WW Corporate HR Manager from October 2007 until 2013. Ombretta then worked as the Head of Global HR at Marni from October 2013 to March 2015 and as the Human Resources Manager for Europe Retail at Valentino from March 2015 to September 2015. Currently, Ombretta holds the position of HR, Facility & Safety/Security Director at Christian Louboutin since October 2015.

Ombretta Rausa completed an Executive Master in Organizzazione e Sviluppo Risorse Umane at GEMA - Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Law Degree in Criminal Procedure from LIUC - Università Cattaneo in 2007.
