Frank Obrien

Frank O'Brien has extensive experience in customer service, currently working as a Customer Service Representative for both Standard Publishing and CFM Publishing since May 2008. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting customers with order placement, and managing returns, credits, and rebills. Additionally, Frank engages in magazine sales and processes web orders for magazines. Frank obtained a Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Scarlet Oaks Vocational in 2007 and earned a Diploma in General Studies from Oakhills High School in 1984.
