Edwin Figueroa Bermudez serves as the Corporate Director of Medical Group Operations at ChristianaCare, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategic growth plans and ensuring the achievement of budget and key performance indicators. Edwin's extensive career features progressive leadership roles in medical group operations, including overseeing integrated behavioral health services and implementing quality improvement projects across multiple states. Previously, Edwin managed intake operations at The Center for Autism and worked as a clinical associate at Bancroft Neurohealth. Edwin holds an MBA from West Chester University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from Temple University and the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
