Eleather Baker

Eleather Baker, MBA, LSSGB, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Strategy & Planning at ChristianaCare, overseeing system-level strategy development and new growth initiatives. With extensive experience in strategic planning and compliance, Baker previously held roles such as Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer at HealthLinc Community Health Center and Director of Strategic Planning at the same organization, where leadership in business strategy and compliance were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Project Manager at the Indiana Primary Health Care Association and directing business development initiatives at FitCity, as well as managing member services at Aetna. Academic credentials include an MBA in Leadership from Walden University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Public Health Program Planning, among others.
