Lauren Mahaney

Lauren Mahaney, MBA, MSM, FASPR-CPRP, RACR, currently serves as the Director of Provider and Medical Group Recruitment at ChristianaCare, where Lauren leads a team in executing talent acquisition strategies and collaborates with medical group leaders to meet diverse recruitment needs. Previously, Lauren held various roles within ChristianaCare, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Physician Recruiter, and gained experience as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Ledgent and a National Senior Surgery Search Consultant at CompHealth. Lauren's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Management from Wilmington University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Biology from Roger Williams University. Lauren is also certified as a Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional and is a certified recruiter through the Recruiter Academy.
