Phil Chapman

Phil Chapman is a seasoned executive in healthcare management with extensive experience in cardiology and multi-specialty practices. Currently serving as Vice President of Medical Group Business Operations at ChristianaCare since March 2018, Phil previously held various leadership roles at the same organization, focusing on the operational management of the Heart, Vascular, Neuro, and Behavioral Health Service Lines. Phil's earlier role as CEO and Executive Director of Cardiology Consultants, PA from 1996 to 2011 involved overseeing a comprehensive cardiology practice with significant staffing and operational responsibilities. Phil holds two master's degrees, one in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's University and another in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University.
