Justine Barnes

Justine Barnes (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced professional in people operations and management, currently serving as the Director of People, Place and Wellbeing at Christians Against Poverty since April 2012. Previously held roles include Acting Director of People & Culture and Head of People Operations at the same organization. Justine's career began in finance and analysis, with positions as Finance Manager at Mercy UK, Commercial Analyst at BRITVIC PLC, and Data Analyst at Eversheds Debt Collectors. Justine holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Liverpool and a CIPD Level 5 qualification from DPG.
