Dustin Kotrba, CPA, serves as a Partner at Christianson PLLP since July 2009, where responsibilities include managing firm operations and staff to ensure compliance in tax and financial reporting for clients in the agriculture sector. Expertise extends to providing tax minimization strategies for various business entities, with a focus on maximizing R&D tax credit opportunities. Prior to this role, Dustin co-owned RTD Spraying, Inc., from January 2004 to June 2009, and gained progressive experience in accounting roles. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead and has completed leadership programs including Vision 20/40 Leadership and Leadership Perspectives - Willmar Lakes Area.
