Helen Ofori-Boateng has over 20 years of work experience. Helen began their career in 2000 as an IT Trainer at Alphameric, where they wrote and delivered client specific training courses on Back Office DOS and Windows Systems and EPoS. Helen then moved to Noble House Leisure in 2001, where they served as an IT Systems and provided nationwide training and support during the EPoS rollout to 300 restaurants and bars nationwide within a sixteen week schedule. In 2005, they began working at ChristianSteven Software as a Senior Solutions Architect - North America, managing new business opportunities for ChristianSteven Software solutions into the North American market. In 2012, they took on the role of Operations Manager / Financial Controller at ChristianSteven Software, managing accounts payable, receivable and job cost, as well as processing accounts payable for payroll related items, taxes, garnishments and 401k. Helen also completed monthly bank reconciliations and associated general journal entries. In 2017, they returned to ChristianSteven Software as a Partner Manager.

Helen Ofori-Boateng's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Hotel and Catering Management from Blackpool and the Fylde College from 1996 to 1999, and Bridgnorth Endowed School from 1989 to 1996.
