Lisa Kaufman

Lisa Kaufman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lisa began their career as a Sales Representative at Baxter Healthcare in 1985 and later worked as a Surgical Specialist at STERIS Corporation. In 2004, Lisa joined Stryker's Sustainability Solutions as an Account Executive. Lisa then moved to Synergy Health in 2007, where they served as an Account Executive, focusing on sales and implementation of reusable surgical solutions. Lisa joined Christie Medical Holdings, Inc. in 2010, initially as a Strategic Accounts Manager, negotiating and executing contracts with national GPO partners. Lisa later took on the role of Strategic Regional Sales Specialist, leading sales strategies and working closely with marketing and regulatory teams. In 2018, Lisa became a Zone Manager, responsible for training and engaging channel partners. Ultimately, in 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of Sales for North America and South America at Christie Medical Holdings, Inc.

Lisa Kaufman attended Purdue University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management.
