Courteney Donaldson

Courteney Donaldson has extensive work experience in the childcare and education industry. Courteney served as the Managing Director for Childcare & Education at Christie & Co, a business brokerage and advisory firm specializing in the hospitality, leisure, care, child-centric, and retail sectors. Courteney joined the company in 1999 and played a crucial role in its expansion across the UK, Europe, and beyond. In 2011, they became a Co-opted Trustee at the National Day Nurseries Association, a national charity and membership association dedicated to supporting nurseries and the early years workforce in providing high-quality childcare and early learning for children. Their work at both organizations demonstrates their commitment to improving the childcare industry.
