Sara Hartill Mrics

Sara Hartill MRICS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara currently works at Christie & Co as an Associate Director in Healthcare Real Estate Development & Investment. Sara'srole involves brokerage and advisory for healthcare development and investment opportunities, including development site sales and investment brokerage. Prior to this, Sara worked as a Senior Surveyor at CBRE, providing consultancy and valuation advice for real estate developers and operators. Additionally, they have experience as a live host and on-screen presenter for The National Enterprise Challenge and as a radio presenter for Emirates. Sara has also worked in acquisitions, investment, and agency at Inspired Asset Management, as a television broadcast journalist at ITV, as a presenter and series producer at Sky, as a learning and development intern at Discovery Communications European HQ, and as a runner/AP at BBC.

Sara Hartill MRICS completed their Bachelor of Science BCs (Hons) degree in Business Management with Communications at the University of Birmingham from 2010 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued a Diploma in Journalism, with a focus on Broadcast Journalism, at the National Council for the Training of Journalists. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Kingston University, where they earned their MSc in Real Estate. During the same period, they also obtained a MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and became a Global Registered Valuer in Real Estate through RICS. Prior to their university education, they studied Economics, Politics, English Literature, and Fine Art at Wolverhampton Grammar School from 2003 to 2010.
