Christie's Sereno is a luxury real estate company that was founded in August 2021 by Christie's International Real Estate. The company is headquartered in New York City, and has offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and San Francisco. Christie's Sereno has a team of marketing experts who work to promote the company's listings and agents.

The Marketing Coordinator Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Marketing Director in daily tasks and meetings, managing email marketing campaigns for listings through Sendgrid software, and managing and updating the company website through Wordpress. The Marketing Coordinator Administrative Assistant also assists in agent onboarding, and is responsible for creating monthly marketing reports for CEO’s active listings and monthly newsletters.

Prior to joining Christie's Sereno, the Marketing Coordinator Administrative Assistant worked as an assistant at Sensitive Creatures/Darius Rosario, where they designed and created digital art for music song covers, assisted on photoshoots, packed and shipped orders, and assisted with marketing strategy involving social media rollout/PR.

The Marketing Coordinator Administrative Assistant also worked as an artist at Kailyn Alexiss, and as a Student Manager at Loyola Marymount University.

The educational career for Marketing would be a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Loyola Marymount University with a Marketing Major.

Marketing reports to Shawna Borg, Vice President of Operations. A direct report to Marketing is and Rachel Rusnack - Interim Director of Marketing. They are on a team with IT - IT, Tashia Owens - Director of Human Resources, and Finance & Commissions - Finance & Commissions.
