Julien Pradels

Julien Pradels has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Julien began their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Summer Intern in 1997. Julien then joined Courtyard by Marriott for a Management Internship in 1998. In 1999, they moved to the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris as a Front Office Assistant Manager.

In 2003, Julien joined Four Seasons Resort Provence, where they held various roles such as Guest Service Manager, Guest Services Manager for a pre-opening task force in Doha, Director of Catering and Conference Services, Spa Director, and Director of Rooms. Julien worked there until 2011.

From 2011 to 2023, Julien worked at Christie's, a renowned auction house. Julien started as the Director of Operations in France, overseeing the coordination of auctions and sales. Julien then became the Director of Operations for Continental Europe, contributing to the success of over 450 sales in various categories. Julien later became the Senior Vice President, Director of Operations for Asia, where they managed a multicultural team and oversaw logistics, events, and client services. Julien also actively participated in the project management of several office and gallery renovations across Asia. Most recently, they held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing Christie's operations on a global scale.

Julien Pradels has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from AIM, Academy International of Management, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a DUT in Gestion des Entreprises from IUT Paris Versailles between 1995 and 1996. Julien also attended Lycée Pasteur from 1991 to 1993 and Lycée Fénélon from 1986 to 1991, but the exact degrees and fields of study for these periods are not provided.
