Nicole Sales Giles

Vice President, Director, Digital Art at Christie's

Nicole Sales Giles has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the art industry. Nicole began their career in 2010 as a Marketing & Education Intern at 3rd Ward and later gained experience as a Development Intern at ICI (Independent Curators International). In 2011, they served as a Curatorial Intern at both the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University and Creative Time. Nicole also worked as a Gallery Assistant at Durham Art Guild from 2009 to 2012.

Their career at Christie's started in 2012 as a Data Researcher and later took on roles such as Process Deployment Lead for Client Accounting and Client Strategy & Business Intelligence Analyst for Post-War & Contemporary Art. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Associate VP, Client Strategy & Business Intelligence Manager for the same department. Nicole then became the Business Director for Digital Art Sales and NFTs from 2021 to 2023, and is currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Digital Art at Christie's.

Nicole Sales Giles attended Millburn High School from 2004 to 2008. Nicole then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Duke University from 2008 to 2012, graduating cum laude with a major in Art History and Economics. In 2010, they participated in a semester program at New York University, focusing on Art History, Macro Economics of Italy, and Fine Art. Recently, from 2019 to 2021, Nicole completed their MBA at Columbia Business School.
