Katherine York

Katherine York is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Most recently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at OneDigital from March 2021 to October 2023, Katherine provided exceptional customer service, designed organizational templates, and managed employee relations and onboarding processes. Prior to that, at Flexport, Katherine built and scaled the global talent development function while supporting growth during a period of hyper-expansion. Katherine also held key positions at thredUP, where the people team was established and scaled, and at Kawneer Company, managing HR responsibilities across multiple locations. Katherine's career began at Alcoa and included positions at Kellogg Company and Western Michigan University. Katherine holds a Bachelor's Degree with double majors in Organizational Communication and Professional Writing from Western Michigan University - Lee Honors College.
