Kay Whitlock

Kay Whitlock has a diverse range of work experience in the field of water resource management. Kay served as the Vice President of Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. from 2001. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant General Manager and Flood Control Manager for the Santa Clara Valley Water District in California's Silicon Valley from 1990 to 2000. Additionally, Kay obtained certifications as a Professional Engineer from the State of Illinois in 1975 and holds the titles of Diplomate Water Resources Engineer (D.WRE) and Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (F.ASCE) from the American Society of Civil Engineers, although the specific years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
