Hannah Baity

Hannah Baity is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor currently working with Christopher Rural Health Planning Corporation since August 2023 and at Spring Health since November 2022. Previously, Hannah served as the Director of Services at Heartland Human Services from August 2018 to August 2023, overseeing CILA and Geriatric programs, and also worked as an Outpatient Therapist in a clinical setting providing mental health and substance use services. Earlier roles include Prevention Initiative Parent Educator at Flora Elementary School, Outpatient Therapist at Spero Family Services, and After Hours Crisis Counselor at One Hope United, where crisis assessments were conducted for youth. Hannah began professional development with an internship at Youth Villages and holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Lincoln Christian University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Johnson University.
