Sydney Tracy

Sydney Tracy, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Supervisor at Christopher Homes, a position held since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing, creating, implementing, and supervising policies and collaborating with the CFO on insurance plans. Previously, Sydney worked as a Training Consultant at Damani Consulting for a brief period in 2022, focusing on Learning and Development, communication, and leadership skills. From August 2014 to October 2022, Sydney was employed by the Clark County School District as both a Training Implementation Coach and Training Specialist. Sydney holds a Master of Education in Educational Policy and Leadership from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
