Shay Frey

Shay Frey has a diverse work experience in the education sector. They recently worked at Christopher House as an Associate Director of Recruitment and Retention, where they focused on talent acquisition. Prior to that, Shay held various roles at Christopher House, including Associate Director of Primary School, Associate Director of Student Support, and Student Support Specialist. They also worked as a Founding Kindergarten Teacher at Christopher House. Before joining Christopher House, Shay worked as a Kindergarten Teacher at Harlem Children's Zone. Shay Frey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006. Following this, Shay pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Fordham University in 2010.
