Brad Osborne

Brad Osborne is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner Lead at CHRISTUS Health since September 2022, Brad previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Scottish Rite for Children. Brad’s expertise encompasses organizational development, employee engagement solutions, and talent acquisition, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with leadership and enhancing team effectiveness. Additional experience includes roles at Methodist Health System, The Exchange, and Fidelity National Information Services, where Brad developed initiatives to promote career growth and streamlined recruitment processes. Brad is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
