Brandi Jaco

Brandi Jaco is an experienced professional with a strong background in patient experience and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Experience at CHRISTUS Health since July 2018, Brandi oversees programs and projects aimed at enhancing patient experience while acting as a key liaison between regional and corporate executives. Prior to this role, Brandi contributed to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, starting as a Foster Home Developer and Placement Coordinator, and advancing to Manager of Foster and Adoption and Regional Systems Improvement Consultant, where efforts focused on workforce capability building. Brandi holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, earned between 2012 and 2014.
