Christina Ouellette

Christina Ouellette, CPCS, serves as the Director of the Credentialing Verification Organization at CHRISTUS Health since February 2017, providing leadership and operational oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Christina's previous roles include Director of Provider Credentialing, Credentialing Manager, and Credentialing Specialist Lead within the same organization, where responsibilities involved managing credentialing processes and preparing credentials files according to NCQA standards. Prior to CHRISTUS Health, Christina worked as a Credentialing Specialist at Children's Health and a Credentialing Coordinator at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, focusing on initial and recredentialing processes. Christina's career began as a Credentialing Specialist at Maxim Physician Resources and includes a foundational role as an Office Manager at Dallas Baptist University. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Dallas Baptist University.
