Gerardo Flores

Gerardo "Jerry" Flores, DNP, MSN, RN, serves as the Senior Vice President and System Chief Nursing Officer at CHRISTUS Health, a position held since January 2019, after progressing through various leadership roles, including Vice President and Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, as well as Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive for Northeast Texas and Northwest Louisiana. Prior to CHRISTUS Health, Gerardo Flores held the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Community Health Systems from December 1980 to January 2019. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on Executive Leadership obtained from American Sentinel College between 2016 and 2018, as well as a Certificate of Completion in Executive Coaching from Coach U.
