Raphael Cavanna is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in recruitment, coaching, and human resources. Currently serving as a Compensation Strategist at CHRISTUS Health since September 2024, Raphael previously held various roles at Conifer Health Solutions, including Recruiter and Recruiting Operations Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed high-volume recruiting and developing sourcing strategies.
