Shae M.

Shae M. has extensive experience in technical training and education, currently serving as the Director of Technical Training at CHRISTUS Health since September 2015. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of trainers and instructional designers, implementing ERP software training for over 30,000 associates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and update training materials. Previous roles include Program Manager and Learning Experience Designer at the United States Attorney's Office, as well as internships focused on education and program analysis with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the United States Air Force. Shae holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology, Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University.
