Nancy Berg, CSCP, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and commercial enablement at C.H. Robinson since August 1997. In various roles, including Senior Commercial Project Manager for both Commercial Enablement and Enterprise Sales, Nancy has excelled in liaising with multiple stakeholders, facilitating negotiations, and leading cross-functional teams to drive strategic market initiatives. With a focus on complex multimodal opportunities and revenue generation for enterprise customers, Nancy has developed robust project management processes, created win-win solutions, and implemented best practices in contract facilitation and risk management. Prior experience includes account management and team supervision roles at BI and Carlson Marketing Group, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
