Ruth Gardner

Ruth Gardner has extensive experience in human resources and aviation, currently serving as Divisional Human Resources Leader and Vice President of Human Resources at C.H. Robinson since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing global HR technology and North America HR operations. Previous roles at C.H. Robinson include Director of Internal Communications and HR PMO and Senior Manager of HR Technology & Operations. Earlier career positions at Delta Air Lines involved managing the DC-9 pilot training program and developing online training for pilots and flight attendants. Ruth's aviation background includes roles as an Aircrew Training Instructor at Northwest Airlines and as a Pilot at Omniflight and RED EAGLE AVIATION, INC. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Science in the same field from Vermilion Community College.
