Shawn Hanson

Shawn Hanson is a Technical Writer at Chroma ATE Inc., USA since January 2023, responsible for cross-departmental collaboration to produce both print and digital documents while managing the document lifecycle with Microsoft tools. Previously, Shawn served as an Instructional Designer focusing on quality assurance training and has extensive experience as a Web Designer and Owner at Site Launch, where business needs assessment and WordPress development were key responsibilities. Additional roles include creating a training portal at Embark Behavioral Health, establishing a mentorship program at GoDaddy, and managing web platforms in various organizations. Shawn holds a Master's degree in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Web Development from the University of Phoenix.
