Niki Thies

Niki Thies is currently the Director of Client Performance & Systems Optimization at Chroma Cars, LLC, where responsibilities include onboarding new clients, account maintenance, client strategy & marketing, custom experience & advocacy, content creation & management, and CRM management. With previous experience in communications, digital marketing, and field service coordination, Niki has developed comprehensive communication strategies, created digital marketing roadmaps, and managed marketing campaigns for various companies. Niki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from Ottawa University and an Associate of Science in Marketing from Waukesha County Technical College.
