Chad Burkholder

Chad Burkholder has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Chad is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement at Chromalox since September 2020. Before that, they worked at Komatsu Mining as the Sr. Manager, Global Distribution Operations, Systems and Standards from August 2016 to August 2019. Prior to that, Chad held multiple roles at Joy Global, including Americas Warehouse and Distribution Manager, Americas Warehouse Manager, Global Distribution Center Manager, and Operational Excellence Manager. Chad also worked as an Operational Excellence Manager at Ametek from November 2004 to January 2009 and started their career at Carpenter Technology as a Process Engineer and later as a Quality Assurance Manager.

Chad Burkholder has a diverse education history. Chad attended Penn State University and pursued a degree in MMM, which stands for Business & Engineering, with a focus on Quality Management and Manufacturing. Following this, they went to Saint Vincent College where they obtained their BS degree in Physics and Math. Later on, Chad Burkholder attended The Indiana University of Pennsylvania for their MS degree in Physics.
