Refael Chen

Refael (Rafi) Chen is an experienced business leader currently serving as Managing Partner at TONBO Ventures, focusing on building sustainable companies and partnering with purpose-driven entrepreneurs in climate tech. In addition to this role, Refael Chen serves as an Advisor for NayamWings, providing expertise on wind propulsion systems for maritime vessels, and acts as a Strategy & Investments Advisor for Pure Blue Fish Ltd. Refael Chen has held significant positions in various other companies, including Owner of Refael Chen Ventures, VP Operations & Chief of Staff at Mer Group, and Co-Founder of Indoorse, a machine learning HRTech platform. With a strong background in human resources and training, Refael Chen has previously held multiple vice president roles at Mavenir, leading global HR strategies and customer training initiatives. Refael Chen holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
