Yuke Liao

Yuke Liao is a Staff Software Engineer at Google since August 2016, contributing to the Lacros project, which focuses on developing a standalone browser for ChromeOS devices. Liao has held various roles within Google and Chromium, including improving Chromium's pre-submit test efficiency, enhancing build system efficiency, and maintaining code coverage and flaky test tooling. Prior experience includes a software engineering internship at Google, where a system for measuring latency in Chrome Remote Desktop was implemented, and research roles at SJTU Brain-Like Computing and Machine Intelligence Lab and Microsoft Research Asia, contributing to significant projects in real-time trademark retrieval and software log categorization. Yuke Liao earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
