Janine Guerra Wilson, MPA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, where the focus is on developing and implementing talent strategies. In previous roles, Janine has held significant positions such as Interim Head of People Ops at Spring Free EV, and Human Resources Generalist at the Judicial Council of Georgia/Administrative Office of the Courts, among others. A strong background in human resources encompasses recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
