Teri Elkins, MPH, CHES, serves as a Public Health Consultant at the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors since October 2022, where Teri is responsible for leading the creation and implementation of resources for umbrella hub organizations and managing program operations. With extensive experience in public health consultancy since January 2013, Teri previously held the position of Population Health Programs Director at Sun Health, achieving significant fundraising success and operational management. Teri has held various roles in health and wellness, including Practice Manager and Health and Wellness Coordinator at Banner Health, and has a comprehensive background in client relations and financial services from positions at Wells Fargo. Teri holds a Master of Public Health from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Kaplan University.
