Roman Esterkin

Roman Esterkin is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Software at Polso, where Roman drives innovation for the FDA-cleared Polso Watch. Prior to this role, Roman held several key positions, including VP of Engineering at Endless Technologies, overseeing the successful launch of the Wristcam wearable camera, and Engineering Manager at GlideTalk Ltd., where Roman led the development of the Glide Messenger app. Roman's earlier experience includes roles at MyFrame, NGSoft Ltd., Giant Steps, and ScanMaster Systems, encompassing significant contributions to mobile development and real-time communication technologies. Roman holds a Master's degree in Management and Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Donetsk National Technical University.
