Lise Couillaud

Lise Couillaud has extensive experience in human resources and coaching, currently serving as DRH - Facilitatrice des Relations Humaines at CHRONO Flex France since September 2005, where responsibilities include recruitment, training plan management, and development projects with a focus on organizational trust. In addition, Lise has been a Coach et Formatrice at inov-On Expérience since January 2016, supporting organizations through transformation with tailored coaching and training programs. Lise holds a DESA in Gestion des Ressources humaines from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers - Nantes and a Licence in Sociologie from Université de Nantes, along with other relevant degrees in business management and human resources.
