Emir Jaganjac started their work experience in 2011 as the President of NGO "Sun", dedicated to children with special needs. Emir then had internships at the Municipality of Bihac and the Municipal Court of Bihac in 2014. Emir worked as a Call Center Representative at Profitline from 2015 to 2016. Emir then joined Lufthansa InTouch in 2016, where they held various positions, including Deputy Team Lead, Trainer on demand, Customer Service Consultant, and Team Lead for the German market until 2022. Currently, Emir serves as the Customer Care Team Lead at Chrono24 since December 2022. Throughout their roles, Emir focused on managing teams, meeting company KPIs, and scheduling trainings and meetings to ensure operational effectiveness.

Emir Jaganjac completed their secondary education at General Gymnasium "Bihac" in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2000 to 2004. Emir then pursued a degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bihac, graduating with a dipl.iur in 2012.
