Paul Charbon

Paul Charbon possesses extensive experience in performance management and project leadership within the healthcare logistics sector. Currently serving as Responsable Animation de la Performance T°D at Chronopost since January 2022, Paul focuses on operational excellence in temperature-controlled markets, ensuring a balance between cost and service quality. Previously, as Chef de projet Santé at Chronopost, Paul was instrumental in deploying temperature-controlled offerings for health products. Prior to this, Paul held roles at Pharmactiv, including Chef de produit Achats, where responsibilities encompassed managing procurement strategies and driving sustainability projects. Additional experience includes positions at Crystal Services and TSMpeinture, contributing to business development and operational processes. Paul holds a Master's degree in Marketing of Health from PPA Business School and has a background in international project management and material treatment from Sorbonne University and Lycée Technique Diderot Paris.
