Dylan Dresch

Dylan Dresch has extensive experience in both technical and outdoor leadership roles. Currently serving as a vacuum processing/chemical operations specialist at Chronos Imaging LLC since February 2018, Dylan previously worked as a Camp Counselor and Mountain Bike Specialist at Shaffer's High Sierra Camp, where skills in team building, mountain biking, and outdoor education were developed for youths aged 9 to 17. Dylan also has a background as a Maintenance Technician at Alta Peruvian Lodge, managing various maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Geology, Environmental Geosciences, and Chemistry from Northern Illinois University, along with a Leave No Trace Certificate from the National Outdoor Leadership School, emphasizing team building, leadership, and communication skills.
