Grace Sharpe-Rauth, SHRM-CP, APTD, currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Chronosphere since September 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in Learning and Development from Grafana Labs where employment spanned from November 2019 to September 2024 in various roles including L&D Specialist II, L&D Specialist, People Generalist, and People Operations Coordinator.
