Alex Renaud

Alex Renaud is currently an account manager at ChrysaLabs. Prior to this, they worked as a national customer manager at DHL from September 2017 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the revenue and shipment growth for DHL's strategic partners across Canada. Alex also created customized solutions to meet the needs of our partners and was responsible for the selective onboarding of strong strategic accounts with proven track record, and values which aligned with the DHL brand.

Before their time at DHL, Alex worked as a sales development manager in South Africa for Pcp Aluminium from January 2017 to September 2017. Alex also spent a year as an international development consultant for Missions commerciales de l'Université Laval from September 2016 to September 2017. Alex's first job out of university was an internship in material resources at Intact from May 2016 to October 2016.

Alex has extensive experience in sales and account management, and has gained valuable knowledge of the international market through their various roles. Alex is a motivated individual with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.

Alex Renaud has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Université Laval in the field of real estate & international development. Alex also has a session à l'étranger - International development from National Taiwan University and Humber College.

Alex Renaud reports to Samuel Fournier, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Jean-Charles Mercedat - Account Manager, Marie Moiny - Administration Manager, and Guillaume Breton-Ménard - COO.
