Gregory Derousseau

Gregory DEROUSSEAU is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and coaching across various sectors. Currently serving as a Formateur consultant at Kronos since January 2017, Gregory specializes in leadership and conflict management training for notable clients such as Auchan and Dalkia. Additionally, Gregory operates as a Coach entreprise at Chrysalides-Phygital and has been an independent Coach formateur since January 2011. Other engagements include roles at FMO Formation, Leroy Merlin, ISEG Group, and ISTEM Lille, focusing on management training and educational responsibilities. Previously, Gregory held managerial positions in retail and supply chain management at ERBORIAN and RENSON, as well as having experience as a buyer at DECATHLON. Gregory is also pursuing a Master's degree in Purchasing from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
