Sheldon Phelps

Sheldon Phelps is a Partner at Chrysalis Consulting, LLC, where they have worked since 1996. Previously, Sheldon served as the Director of Total Quality Management at Masco Corporation from 1993 to 1994 and was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from 1994 to 1996. Earlier in their career, Sheldon was a Product Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company from 1988 to 1990. Sheldon earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
