Becky Adams is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Chrysalis Health since August 2021, Becky has developed a robust skill set in recruiting and personnel selection. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Chrysalis Health, Recruiter at Venture Forthe Inc. from February 2020 to August 2021, and Agency Manager at Deppas Insurance Agency from April 2017 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, Becky worked as a Customer Service Representative at the same agency from November 2013 to September 2015. Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia, completed in 2006.
