With a post graduate degree in English & Mathematics, and a Masters in Education, Ms. SaiLatha Rajesh began her career as a Senior Secondary Mathematics teacher and moved up the ladder as Head of the Department, Vice-principal and Principal in the most reputed institutions of Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Her rich exposure to CBSE curriculum and patience has empowered her with a diverse and innovative approach as an academic leader. She actively encourages the students and inspires them to seek for the values and be aware of the temptation to “Just perform and pass the tests”. Her love and passion towards Mathematics make her believe and follow the quote “Life is a math equation. In order to gain the most, you have to know how to convert negatives into positives” which keeps her learning alive to generate motivation and provide inspiration to her students.
