As the Managing Partner at MIV Consulting, LLC since May 1999, Mayumi advises US and Japanese companies on technology alliances and market entry strategies across various industries. Previously, Mayumi held the position of Vice President and Principal Analyst for Nomura Securities, focusing on high-tech and electronic entertainment sectors from 1992 to 1999, and managed cross-border projects for McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles from 1982 to 1985.
