Jérôme Besnoux

Jérôme BESNOUX has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jérôme currently holds the position of Cluster MD Philippines, Hong Kong & Taiwan - Construction Chemicals at Saint-Gobain since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as President & Director at CHRYSO Philippines Inc. from January 2020, where they were responsible for managing the subsidiary and its teams, achieving triple ISO certification, and implementing action plans that led to becoming a market leader. Jérôme also served as the Managing Director of the Sri Lankan subsidiary of CHRYSO group from December 2015 to December 2019, overseeing various aspects of the business and successfully tripling the turnover. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at CHRYSO Middle East from March 2008 to November 2015, with responsibilities including performance management, P&L, and people management. Jérôme also held the position of Export and International Development Manager at CHRYSO GROUP from August 2005 to February 2008, and served as an Area Sales Manager at CHRYSO from August 2002 to August 2005. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at BETON MOULE INDUSTRIEL and as a Production Engineer at SOCIETE LANGUEDOCIENNE DE PREFABRICATION.

Jérôme BESNOUX attended the Ecole des Mines d'Alès from 1995 to 1999. Jérôme pursued a field of study in Materials Sciences during this period. Additionally, they obtained an Engineer's degree from the same institution between 1995 and 1999.
