Jean Mascaro

Jean Mascaro has extensive work experience in the concrete industry. Jean is currently serving as the Country CEO / Direttore Generale at CHRYSO Italia since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CHRYSO GROUP from 2019 where they held the roles of Concrete Business Unit Director and head of the concrete business unit. From 2013 to 2019, Mascaro worked at Lafarge, initially as the Senior Vice President - Industrial segment and later as the Head of RMX & Industrial Segment. In this role, they led the Concrete Corporate Function and implemented strategies to improve business performance and growth. Mascaro also has experience in the RMX Business Unit in Canada East, where they served as the Vice President East Canada from 2007 to 2013. Jean has a background in structural engineering, having worked as a Structural Engineer DTM at Marine Nationale from 1991 to 1992.

Jean Mascaro attended Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
