Operations and Management

The Operations and Management team at Community Health Systems, Inc. (CHSI) oversees the efficient functioning of the six community health centers in the tri-county area of San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego. The team is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, negotiating and maintaining managed care contracts, directing administrative services, liaising with the board, implementing policies and special projects, and ensuring quality clinic operations. The team works collectively to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to the communities served by CHSI.
